Welcome to the Garforth Arts Festival, 2006 Building on the success of last year, the 2nd ‘Garforth Arts Festival’ will provide 9 days packed with performances, exhibitions and educational workshops by some of the UK’s leading artistes. This year’s celebration of the arts also boasts true community participation, with new groups forming especially for Festival Saturday, plus dozens of local schools and arts groups fully involved. We are also particularly pleased to welcome world renowned professional acts to the town for the first time. With jazz, comedy, folk, pop, poetry, art exhibitions and more – there will be something for everyone to enjoy. See you there!
