Ian will be joined on stage by students from
Garforth Community College and Corpus Christi
Catholic College in a performance of Musical
in a day which is the culmination of
a workshop that Ian will be holding with the
students on the same day.
This project will also see Ian launch on the
17th April, Go For th Garforth a
huge creative writing project involving hundreds
of primary and secondary school children across
East Leeds. Look out in shop windows, restaurants,
cafés and even bookshops as these poems
will literally be plastered all over the area.
This project led by Marie Coleman will involve
pupils and teachers from Garforth Community
College, Corpus Christi Catholic College, Temple
Moor High School, Mount St.Marys Catholic
High School, Ninelands, Strawberry Fields, St
Benedicts, East Garforth, Green Lane, Swillington
and Kippax Greenfields Primary schools. You
